Hello people!! I'm still alive! hehe. I've always wanted to update every time i switch on my lappy, but i just feel so damn lazy to type in all the words. haha. I'm just going to update on random stuffs la ok.
First and foremost, i would like about my trip to Sabah. My cousins and I were not all hyped up to go for this vacation, even though we get to take the plane.
Went to the airport, feeling rich with LV bag, heels and laptop(haha!). As usual, when someone's going away for a holiday, my whole family will come down and send that person away. Usually, the people who send the 'lucky' people will be full of jealousy. haha. Ok maybe it's only me. I envy people who gets to travel alot to nice places. But this time, it's the other way round. Cousins are giving the sarcastic "have fun over there" comment and i just dont feel like going.
However, i tried to think of the positive side of it. I might not be going to London or LA, but atleast i'm fortunate enough to have the money to travel and take the plane to somewhere even as near as Malaysia.
So alright, hello Sabah! I'm here!
Reached there, Angah , Angah laki, Abg Ijal and his wife, Kak Marina were waiting for us. Then ate at this coffeeshop where my cousins ate uneasily while cats roaming around the coffeeshop. haha. They literally left me alone to finish my plate, running away from the cat. LOL.
Then we settled at Angah's house. We lepak-ed and watch some TV, korean channel baby. hehe. Suddenly we felt like karaoke-ing. Dont know why. haha. We didn't go for karaoke la but instead we went to shop at..............GIANT!!!! haha. I tell you, over there, Giant was our favourite place to shop. haha.
At night, we tried very hard to sleep but the heat just takes its toll on us. We were burning. One small fan shared between 5 people, on bed and on the floor. I kept my paper fan next to me and my cousins said i would just wake up in the middle of the night and fan myself. haha. Ngigau panas. LOL.
Some other nights when we cannot sleep, we watched some movies!!! Me and Azza brought loads of DVDs for us to watch on our laptops and i finally get to watch "He's just not that into you". Anndddd.........now i understand why other girls were sooooooo crazy over the guy who played Edward Cullen. HE'S SUPERHOT!!!!!!!! in that movie only la, and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. haha. I see his face on the internet, not so cute. heh.
The next days were the wedding days. After the wedding, checked into a hotel. Finally can use the toilet comfortably. Get to enjoy the air con and the swimming pool.
In the mornings, went out in a rented van and go around Sabah to finish up the fuel. Slept, ate, slept, ate.
When it's time to go back to Singapore, i couldn't be happier. I've never been so happy to go home from a vacation.
Moving on to NDP rehearsals, last 2 weeks, had our first preview show. It was normal, but the fun starts at night during our finale. It rained heavily and we had to just stay on stage. We really enjoyed ourselves in the rain, but our hand phones were at stake. As soon as we got under the shelter, took out my phone and blow here blow there. Lucky, still working well.
For those who were wondering where i've been for the past 2 weeks, i've actually been attending dikir barat trainings for competition Piala Raja Panggung with Srikandi Tiara Widjaya. ME and 6 other nira girls are very honored to get to play with this awesome group. Thank you so much for the opportunity. Anyways, we managed to get into the final round and i'm hoping for the best. InsyaAllah aaamiinn....
Right now, projects submissions are liek haunting all our lives la. haha. Some more with that stupid event. Haiz. Can;t wait to graduate.
